July 20th, 2024 - Assembly 242 Color Corps were present for the procession through downtown Indianapolis for the National Eucharistic Congress!
July 7th, 2024 - Assembly 242 Color Corps served as Honor Guard as the Mass held at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart and then led the procession of 1100 faithful around the campus of Notre Dame for a Eucharistic Procession.
July 5th, 2024 - Assembly 242 Color Corps leading the National Eucharistic Procession from St. Thérèse Martin Little Flower Catholic Church, South Bend to the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, Notre Dame.
June 2nd, 2024 - Assembly 242 Color Corps was present for Corpus Christi processions across the Mishawaka-South Bend area.

June 2nd, 2024 - Assembly 242 Color Corps was present for Honor Guard for the Visitation of Sir Knight Louis M. Seago, Sr. at Palmer Funeral Home - River Park Chapel, South Bend. SK Louis had 65 years of Service in the 4th Degree and 76 years of Service in the 3rd Degree.
May 30th, 2024 - The Color Corps was requested for the 8th Grade graduation mass held at St. Monica Catholic Church in Mishawaka.
Thank you to Color Corps Commander Eric, Faithful Navigator Ryan and Sir Knight Brian for being present for honor guard.
May 27th, 2024 - Assembly 242 had 8 Sir Knights and the daughter of a Sir Knight place 50+ flags on the graves of veterans at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park (375 W Cleveland Rd, Mishawaka).
We also placed flags on clergy, Knights and Sir Knights graves that we came across them.
May 19th, 2024 - Assembly 242’s Color Corps participated with other Color Corps members to lead the Eucharist Procession that was held in Bloomington for the 123rd Indiana State Convention.
May 4th, 2024 - The Color Corps was requested and present for the Silver Rose Program held Saturday Morning at St. Thérèse Little Flower Church in South Bend. Thanks to Council 17043 for inviting 4th Degree to be present for this once in a lifetime event.
Assembly 242 properly retires flags each year at its annual picnic. We accept any and all USA flags that are no longer proper to fly.
Assembly 242 cleans the grave markers of Veterans in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Mishawaka for Veterans Day annually.
Assembly 242 collections donations annually to put together care bags for veterans in the South Bend area.
Color Corps members annually participate in the Rally and March for Life in South Bend to support all American life from conception to natural death.
Assembly 242 placed flags on the Graves of Veterans for Memorial Day at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Mishawaka annually and 4th of July at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Mishawaka annually.
